Right, I've been running this tablet for about 3 weeks now so hopefully I've got the measure of it. Here's what I think:
Firstly, as it seems to be what is bothering people the most, the screen resolution is 800x480. That said, this is a small piece of kit and I've noticed almost no bleeding. The other day I read three high text content mags using ziinio without ever being disapointed. Video is crisp and sharp and pictures are clear as a bell. Now we can move onto what I think is important.

For the budget what concerned me most was battery life. Most of the competitors quote around three hours (not good enough imho) but this offered six. And six hours, with full wifi, is what you get. Turn it off and you get a good eight to ten. Really good for travelling.

One of the other reviewers said that he'd experienced freezing and this does happen occasionally, but nothing too bad. The real downside is storage . Only 2gb internal is a bit tight but manageable... Read more

I purchased this tablet for uni as my laptop was just too heavy for the commute. I wasn't expecting anywhere near as good as what I got however if you're after an Ipad or Samsung Galaxy you might be disappointed but for your money this is great!

Its fast, the graphics are great, it handles games really well, I purchased a keyboard case for it however the onscreen keyboard is also great to use not too small like I usually find with touchscreen qwerty. Battery life is good, I got 5 hrs out of it whilst playing games all day, and on standby or doing small things like taking notes it lasts longer. its so slim and weighs hardly anything!

however it does crash on occasion, by this I mean it will freeze for a little while and the worst I've had is it restart itself this has happened less than a handful of times though and for the money I'm happy to put up with it!

it can take up to 32gb card which is what I've put into it however it won't let me download apps... Read more

We already have a cheap Android tablet that has proved wonderfully useful - particularly for keeping the kids amused on longer journeys. With this in mind, and a long Journey by boat and car coming up, we decided to order a second tablet - partly so the kids wouldn't fight over the other tablet whilst travelling and partly so I could have one to use once we got there. We settled on the WAFR as the specs looked excellent for the price and the reviews on here were largely positive. It arrived really quickly and well packed and, as I already have a Google account tied to the other tablet, setting it up took five minutes - just a case of entering the WiFi key and then signing in to my Google account.

This product arrived very quickly and when it did I was extremely satisfied. For the price (around �3) with free delivery from Amazon, you would not have found this in the shops for the price. The product does have a slightly pungent smell to start with, but don't let that put you off. It has been in my bag for a couple of weeks and the smell has worn off. It may be a tight fit for some tablets at first, but the good thing is that it does keep your tablet protected without rattling around in the case itself. Would thoroughly reccommend!

Before I ordered this I poured over & over many reviews. I eventually decided to order this, as it came within my budget & did what I wanted it to do, which I'm very glad I did. The tablet exceeds my expectations, doing evrything it's claimed to. The screen is a dream to use the wifi connectivity is great Everywhere but my own house (think its a problem with my router)comes with 2 usb leads & a charger. My brother in law has an iPad & I reckon my tablet is just as good. The only slight problem I had, this being my first foray into Android was that I only got the 2 paper manuals which are pretty sparse. I contacted Quality stores thro' Amazon & received a reply within a few hours appologising, as the full Android manual should have been preloaded o the tablet, but they offered to email it to me. Unfortunately Amazon kept blocking out my email address & theirs, but after several tries they phoned me I gave them my email address & had the full manual by return. In my view great customer... The tablet was received within 24 hours of ordering, so full marks to Cambridge Sciences, who also replied by return to a query I raised. The product itself is faultless and has proved reliable in the two months I've been using it. What impresses me most is that it has played all the video files I have thrown at it including, most impressively, .asf files which none of my other more powerful computers do. In my case, this is very useful because my Panasonic DVD recorder can also record TV programmes to an SD card in MPEG4 .sdf format. Until now, though, I could make no use of this facility because none of my PCs could play the resultant TV programmes off the SD card. To my surprise and delight, this G7 tablet does play these MPEG4 .asf files faultlessly, so I can just remove the SD card from my DVD recorder, plug it into an SD card reader connected to the tablet via its USB port, and view all recorded TV programmes. This is a quality product which performs exactly as described in the sales brief. I hunted high and low on the internet for a tablet that met my requirements and the two that I purchased for my wife and I have not disappointed us.

* Very fast service (arrived in two days from order)
* Professionaly packaged (Both the item and delivery)
* An extra neoprene cover was also included (not expected).
* The tablet responds very quickly to input on the capacitive screen (no hard pushes).
* Wifi works well in all rooms of the house (i.e. server upstairs and myself down)
* Downloads of e-books and mp3 music takes seconds to finish.
* Very good value for the money

I still need to improve the wifi reception when out and about, I probably need a usb wifi attachment and I am still looking for something suitable for android.
