I bought this tablet 3 days ago direct from the supplier as I live in Durham.
I went to the unit and was greeted by staff, who were pleasant and helpful. I sat and tested the unit first before purchasing it. You get a free case direct, or with Amazon. I purchased a stylus from them for an extra �2 because I wanted to use certain apps (i.e. drawsomething) that makes it easier to use.
The manual provided with the tablet is pretty much useless in my opinion, but anyone who is patient, has an android phone or computer literate will be able to work out how to use it within a short space of time. There's also lots of info on the net or email the direct and they'll be happy to help.
You turn on the unit by pressing the little black button on the side for a few seconds. Android platform then loads up and will take less than a minute before you're ready to go.

A1CS X220 TABLET 10.2" ANDROID 2.2, WIFI, MIFI, HDMI, 1080P, Capacitive

I bought my original tablet from a1cs, which didn't work as I expected. It came with a welcoming letter explaining some important details related to the flash player and how the video works when using hdmi, including E-mail to contact them. I wrote to them explaining my issues and they replied the same day with different solutions including a possible upgrade to a capacitive one, which I finally opted for. Definitely I would have gone for that option first if I had known the small difference on the price (here, I have to say that it's a little bit confusing to know what models are available from them or what model is being reviewed in amazon). I'd been hankering for a tablet for a long time but could never really justify the cost of an iPad and haven't been too impressed by the budget Android offerings thus far. I just really wanted it to supplement my desktop PC at home, something I could just sit with on the sofa and browse a few web pages, check my e-mails, maybe play a few games when I get a moment to spare. I wanted a screen that was fairly bigger than a smartphone, but nothing as cumbersome as a laptop.

After reviewing the latest tablets on Amazon I noticed this one rapidly rising in the ranks. It appeared to have everything I wanted from it, had already earned itself a respectable 5 star status from plenty of happy customers, and had a very competitive price tag for a 10.1" screen.

I took the plunge and ordered one, and was very happy to take prompt delivery.
